Acceptance and use of the service

By using OzPong you agree to these terms. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use by players, clubs, coaches and fans. You must not scrape the site at a rate that degrades service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the data for unlawful purposes.

Accounts and community content

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Comments and other community submissions must be respectful and accurate. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or disrupt other users.

Ratings and data accuracy

Ratings, rankings and tournament records are derived from Ratings Central and related public sources. They are provided as-is and may lag official publications, contain errors, or change without notice. OzPong is an independent analytics site and is not affiliated with Ratings Central or Table Tennis Australia.

Intellectual property and liability

The OzPong name, design, analysis and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party data remains the property of its respective owners. To the extent permitted by law, OzPong is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
